Hi everyone, welcome u all to my sizzling and exploring food blog. I would like to introduce myself I am from Pakistan and I love cooking food and reading different recipes. Sometimes I try the recipe as it is or sometimes I do experiment to make something different. I love to read about food with the context of particular region. In that way I come to know about the links between people, regions and their food.

I would like to tell you about Pakistani food history in short. Pakistan was a part of the Sub Continent before 1947. At that time the Sub Continent was goverened by the British government. And before the Britishers(usually the term used for British Govt or British people in the Sub continent) this part of the land was ruled byThe Mughals and different Muslim rulers. This is the reason that Pakistani food has influenced of all those cultures thats why today in Pakistan people like to enjoy traditional food e.g shahi Birhani,Shahi Qorma, Shees Kabab as well as egg fried rice, Pizza,Lazania.

Pakistani food is easy to cook.We Pakistanis like to eat spicy and hot food but we can make it medium and hot by putting spices as per taste. I love to add colours to my food. I think food should not only taste good but it should look beautiful as well.

I would like to make a good use of my back yard. I have quite big place at the back side of my house where I use to to grow mint, coriander, spinich and tomatoes. I really like the smell of fesh mint and coriander. It gives totally different effect to your food.

At the end I would like to say welcome u all again n would like to see your comments. Feel free to express your views those leads me towards the constructive end. Cheers and happy reading.
